NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers vested in the clause (b) of Sub Section (3) of Section 3 of Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act,1965 (Punjab Act 16 of 1965) read with Rule 3 of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitoners (Election) Rules 1975, I Dr.Paramjeet Singh Ranu, Chairman, Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Punjab hereby issue this notice calling upon the electors to elect eight members of the Council by 31-05-2004.
The State of Punjab has been divided into the following eight constituenciesfor the purpose of holding election in accordance with the provisions of Rule 4(1) of the said Rules, with the prior approval of the State Government as conveyed vide their memo No.6/4/2003-6HBIII/3355 dated 29-07-2003 and 13/145/03-6HB III/1770 dated 07-04-2004.

3. Registered Homoeopathic Practitioners residing and practicing in the State of Punjab shall constitute the electoral college for electing one member of the category specified against each constitutency in terms of provisions of Rule 2(d) of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Election) Rules,1975.
4. The detailed election programme shall be issued by the Returning Officer under Rule 8 of the said Rules.
5. The voters list draft/final as notified will be avaible for sale on payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only). On (03-05-2004) Draft Electoral�s ,(17-05-2004) Final Electoral�s will be avaible for sale by dates mentioned in bracket tentatively.
The Election Programme can be seen in the following offices on any working day during office hours.

b) S.D.O. Civil of the sub division concerned.
c) Tehsildar of the Tehsil concerned.
