Sidana Institute of Education, Khiala Khurd, Near Ram Tirath, Amritsar is going to be one of the premier institutions in this border area of Punjab. It is a self-financed privately managed college aiming to impart best teacher education. It has well organized infrastructure and modern teaching methodology to meet the needs of the students of 21st century. SIE embraces such goals of higher education for the future, which are strategic in dimension and broader in vision. 'Sidana Institute of Education' (SIE) is being promoted by Sidana Educational And Welfare Society. The society is charitable and its mission is to provide quality education to the people in rural areas and border areas.

1. Mohinder Paul Sidana (President)
Prof.MP.Sidana is M.Sc (Chemistry) M.Phil and has served as a Lecturer at DAV College Amritsar for approximately 16 years .He is an established name in Chemistry Teaching and is specialized in preparing students for competitive exams of medical and non-medical streams. He has helped thousands of students to become successful doctors and engineers by his guidance and consultancy in the subject. He is a hard working, sincere and devoted teacher and teaching is his passion.

2. Sh.Banarsi Dass (Vice-President)
Sh.Banarsi Dass is M.A (History), M.Ed and is a retired teacher. He has put in approximately 35 years of his services in Govt. schools of rural areas .He is a man with integrity who places moral values above everything else. He believes in simple living and high thinking and has successfully helped thousands of his students to settle in life in India and abroad.

3. Dr.Jeewan Jyoti Sidana (General Secretary)
Dr. Jeewan Jyoti Sidana is Ex-Dean, Faculty of Education ,Guru Nanak Dev University and is presently serving as principal. She is M.Sc (Math) M.Ed, UGC-NET (Clear) and Ph.D in Education. After serving as lecturer in Mathematics at Khalsa College of Education, she got promoted as the founder Principal of Lovely Institute of Education which is now a university. She has 10 years of teaching and 8 years administrative experience as principal. She has got 3 Ph.Ds to her credit and 8 scholars are carrying on their research work under her supervision. She has 8 research papers to her credit. She is also the director of NIS Academy, a division of NIS SPARTA Ltd., a Reliance ADA Group Company where MBA, BBA and Retail Courses are being provided in collaboration with Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu.
