A Word About the Sports

In Higher Technical and Non-Technical education sports and games play an important role in the development of integrated personality of the youth. Sports is a cultural activity and integral part of education which practiced fairly and equitably, enriches the society and develops friend ship between nations. Sports is an activity which offers the individual an opportunity of self knowledge, self expression, fulfillment, personal achievement skills and acquisitions, demonstration of ability, courage, social interaction, enjoyment, good health and well being.

Sports have great importance in human life. In the past no importance was attached to sports in our country. But now we have realized that sports are very useful. So, every educational institution of our country provides facilities for sports. As a matter of fact sports are a necessary part of education. Sports teach us many qualities. When we take part in sports, we have to follow some rules. Hence, sports teach us discipline, which is very useful in practical life.

Besides this sports teach us self-control. A good sportsman does not exult in victory. He does not loose heart when he is defeated. When he takes part in sports, he does not worry about the result. Sports develop team-spirit. Sports train a man for practical life. Sports today enjoy a place of pride in all modern societies. They have been greatly developed as an enchanting branch of human activity.

I feel I wish to extend my good wishes for all round development and success of our college sports forever, may God bless us.

Chairman Message:

I am delighted to note the novel modifications made to the Alumni Association as KLCEAA and heartily wish the team all success in their endeavor towards turning the alumni as a ‘touch stone’ of our future achievements and a ‘hall mark’ of our lasting value growth. I look forward to their intellectual inputs and contribution as the college passes through the portal of Autonomy and attains ‘Deemed University’ status in near future.

Principal Message:

I take pride in thinking of our alumni as an ever-expanding platform of quintessential fusion of academic excellence, professional finesse and human fervor. I request Alumni working in India and abroad to extend their co operation with vim and vigor to the Advanced Research Centers and wi-fi campus facility being provided for students through Laptops.

President’s Message:

I have the proud privilege of greeting you from a new platform and present before you a host of new plans, proposals and ideologues in which you will be contributing at every phase in various capacities. At the out set let me break the good news and inform you that K L C E has been accorded Autonomous status and has now the freedom and vision to scale further academic, social and cultural heights. While freedom is something we attain through our hard work past achievements, vision is the quintessence of what the future holds for us. It is a future in which you as alumni of the college have very distinctive and responsible roles to play. Remember that alumni invariably have fond and nostalgic memories of his Alma Mater- While the institution itself draws its inspiration from its pillars of strength---Its ALUMNI.
