Her doctoral work is on Iris Murdoch. She has written extensively on the modern British novelists. Her area of specialisation is Post Second War British novel. Her Research papers and Review articles have been published in reputed journals. All India Radio has broadcast regularly her talks on English Literature. Presently, she is engaged in writing a book on The Philosophical Novel.

Dr. (Major) Maninderjit Singh Pabla received his Master Degree in Personnel Management, in 1991 from Pune University followed by Masters Degree in Psychology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in
1996 and he also did his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM), from IGNOU, New Delhi in 1998. He successfully completed his Ph.D. Degree from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2002. He has been accepted as Accredited Management
Teacher (AMT), by All India management Association, New Delhi with effect from 2008. Apart from working as Senior HR Manager in corporate sector for few years, he has also been on different teaching & Administrative assignments in various management institutions in various capacities such as Lecturer, Head of Deptt./ Professor and Director under Punjab Technical University & ICFAI University. Presently he is heading one of the Management Institutes under Punjabi University,
Patiala as a Director. He served his country by joining Indian Army and flown Helicopter in the highest battle field of the world, i e Saichen Glacier as Helicopter Pilot and saved many
soldiers’ life.
