1. The case relates to seeking a copy of resolution passed by the trust members for the period from 01.04.2004 to 06.11.2007. The initial request was made on 01.11.2007.

2. During the proceedings today the contents of Section 2 (h) of the RTI Act were explained to the Appellant and he was asked to justify that the Respondent was a public authority as per the provisions of Section 2 (h) of the RTI Act. The Appellant requested for additional time to justify that the Respondent was a public authority in terms of Section 2(h) of the RTI Act. He will also clarify the period for which the information was being sought.

3. Accordingly the case is adjourned to 26.06.2008 at 2.00 P.M.

4. Copy be sent to the applicant.
