Profile of Flytech Aviation Academy

About Us
Welcome to Flytech Aviation Academy
No bird soars too high if he soars with his own wings. Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.
With the development of Technology, Civil Aviation Demands more professionalism in handling the Aeroplanes. Today it is being realized that the responsibility of achieving zero accident rate in airlines depends not only with a pilot but also on all professionals including those on ground who are contributory to Flight Safety. Hence proper coordination and resource management among men and machine, in the overall system becomes more important. The need of the hour is to make these professionals pass through a common platform so that they understand each others needs in a better way and understand their responsibility to provide healthy and professional Civil Aviation environment.

Keeping the above in view, to fulfill the need of the hour, Flytech Aviation Academy was established in the year 1994 at Hyderabad to bring about quantum improvement in the standards of Flight Training and other specialized Training related to aviation in the country. Apart from improving the professional standards in Civil Aviation, the monopolistic behaviour of individual professional streams, which is considered as the root cause of frequent strikes and unrest for unreasonable demands in the industry, is also taken care of by integrated training at the Flytech Aviation Academy.

In the Hub of Indias Flight Training City for Indian Airlines, Air Sahara and Indian Air force, the Flytech Aviation Academy has contributed in setting high standards of aviation training in India, which is approved by Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation, and Government of India. The academy has got airfield, airspace and excellent infrastructure for imparting specialized training related to the aviation. Flytech Aviation Academy is presently the largest aviation academy in India with a fleet of Nine Aircrafts, practical training facilities, flight training space and latest training aids used for education.

We are delighted to say that many of our former students are now holding enviable positions in premier aviation related organizations in India and abroad. They are live testimony to the devotion, determination and diligence, which are the hallmarks of the Flytech Aviation Academy.

With this note of confidence, I warmly welcome you in the world of Aviation and I am sure that you will enjoy the high quality of specified training related to the aviation in Flytech Aviation Academy, which will promote the Aviation Industry and Aeronautical Sciences in India.
Wishing you a Great Career in Aviation.

There are many opportunities to come and visit the Flytech Aviation Academy which are organized through out the year with our admissions offices based in Hyderabad and New Delhi.

Multi Engine Simulator
Flytech Aviation Academy utilizes leading edge computer-based, DGCA-approved, single and multi engine flight simulators throughout the advanced training programs for effective development of pilot knowledge and skills.

The computer based units are PCATDs (Personal Computer-Based Aviation Training Device) and FTDs (Flight Training Device). New instrument students begin their flight training on flight simulators. Students quickly develop basic knowledge of flight instruments, scanning techniques, visual eye-hand coordination in the comfort and safety of our training area. Students utilizing the simulator prior to flight training are more comfortable in the aircraft later, students also develop early confidence, advance faster, and significantly increase their rate of success.

For both basic and advanced instrument training we use the ELITE Instrument Training System (PCATD), the industrys leading computer aviation training device. With the ELITE system we are capable of doubling the effective training a student receives. IFR simulators have proven the value in faster development of initial IFR knowledge, procedures, and habits. IFR simulators are also the most effective recurring training tool for maintaining competent instrument flying skills.

Our two computerized ELITE flight simulator systems are located in special simulator rooms to provide an ideal environment for training.

Our training packages utilize flight training courses and material from Jeppesen-Sanderson, the industry leader in integrated flight training courses.

News
Capt Mamatha has been the fore runner in the aviation training arena, being by First Commercial Pilot and Instructor from Andhra Pradesh and being the first lady entrepreneur to have setup private flight training academy in India and on Sept 16th 2008 she has been certified as Indias first and only lady Chief Flight Instructor by Director General of Civil Aviation – Ministry of Civil Aviation.

Why Aviation ?
As a student fresh out of 10+2, you are undoubtedly eager to decide upon a career. A world of possibilities awaits you……You could pursue a career in Medicine or Technical or Architecture or Interior Designing. Then there are the Arts, Civil Services, Sales and Marketing……….! But stop….right there! and Think…. Think hard….Because the decision you make will have a great bearing on the rest of your life. While choosing your career, you must prudently and judiciously review the long-term prospects on the account. A career in AVIATION assures a promising future. Today, advances in aircraft design and state of Art technologies in the cockpit possess great challenges to the Pilots, and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).

India is one of the fastest developing countries in the world. Due to the liberalisation policies of the government, there is tremendous growth as to the economy on all fronts. One of the glaring examples of liberalisation is privatisation of Civil Aviation. Many private Airlines and Corporations viz., Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, kingfisher, Paramount, JetLite, Indi Go, Spice Jet, Go Air, etc, are operating today in India with very good operating revenues. To meet the growing need of the Passenger Airlines, Cargo Aircrafts, Private Air Taxi Operators, Business, Corporate jets, Flying Clubs, Govt owned aircrafts, and MNCs there exists urgent need for the trained Pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. It is in this direction FLYTECH AVIATION ACADEMY is established 16 years ago. The immediate objective is to impart training to a number of potential pilots and Aircraft maintenance Engineers with its headquarters at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. FLYTECH AVIATION ACADEMY is promoted by group of Aviation professionals having a vast experience in this field.

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers play a Major role among the Maintenance personnel to keep the Aircraft Airworthy at all times. No civil Aircraft engaged in flying for hire and reward can do so without the Aircraft (which includes Airframe, Instruments, Radio and Navigation equipment etc.) being certified as Airworthy by the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers holding AME licenses on the respective trades.

The maintenance of modern sophisticated aircrafts calls for high degree of technical knowledge, competence, proficiency, dexterity and integrity on the part of the concerned personnel. Tremendous responsibility lies upon the present day Aircraft Maintenance Engineers who are interested with the responsibility of certifying the modern sophisticated Aircrafts with its astronomical costs, manned by experienced crew trained at high cost and great care carrying the precious load of ever increasing number of passengers.

There is at present wide gap between the requirement and availability of technical personnel and the industry is feeling the constrained.

The gap is likely to widen further with the retirement of old and experienced technical personnel in the immediate future apart from new upcoming airlines and vast expansion of existing airlines.

Thus, there is more than ample scope for decent highly remun
